## Personal Data Management Design Patterns We’re co-hosting a Creative Residency with IDEO to explore design patterns around personal data management and provisioning third-party access to personal data. The [IDEO](https://ideocolab.com/) x [Koodos Labs](/content/site-root.html) Creative Residency is a co-sponsored residency that’s part of **IDEO’s 3-month** [**creative residency program**](https://ideocolab.com/residency) set up with the goal of exploring design patterns for **personal data management and provisioning third-party access to personal data.** We're excited to announce that Kasia Chmielinski is joining as a Resident. Kasia Chmielinski (they/them) is the Co-Founder of the Data Nutrition Project, an initiative that builds tools to mitigate bias in artificial intelligence, and a fellow at Stanford University focused on building responsible data systems. Previously, they held positions at the United Nations (OCHA), US Digital Service (EOP / OMB), MIT Media Lab, McKinsey & Company, and Google. They are also a purveyor of multimedia stories, and their work has been supported by organizations including the Rockefeller Foundation, Sundance Institute, Vision Maker Media, and NPR.
